Mrs. Frances Belmonte-Mann MA, RN, PEL/SN, PEL/SA, NCSN has been a School Administrator and School Nurse for over 25 years. She has written nursing policies and procedures, and has developed nursing manuals for Special Education. She has attended and written over 2,500 IEPs for students in Pre-School through High School. She has worked with hundreds  of School Nurses through out her nursing career. 

 

Mrs. Belmonte-Mann has published nursing articles in the Journal of School Nursing. She has been a Clinical Instructor at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the College of Nursing, Certification School Nurse Program for past eight years. Currently, she is working as a School Nurse.
